Each home hosts a small household of residents, supported around the clock by a resident caregiving team, so daily life keeps the rhythm, privacy and dignity of home.

Families can explore each residence in detail - room types, bed and bathroom configurations, monthly all-inclusive rates, amenities, nearby markets, hawker centres, MRT stations and parks - watch walkthrough videos, read our care philosophy, meet the household and clinical teams, browse answers to common questions, and request a private tour of the specific home their loved one would live in.
Minmed Homes is built for adult children and spouses researching care for a senior parent or partner: someone who prefers not to live alone, who benefits from companionship and a daily routine, and who needs help with personal care, mobility, meals or medication - including seniors living with early to moderate dementia. Residents who need intensive round-the-clock medical nursing are better served by a nursing home, and our team will say so honestly during assessment.
The homes are built and run by Minmed Homes, part of Minmed Group, an established Singapore healthcare provider. That parentage is why care here is more than hospitality: weekly nurse visits, medication management, 24/7 teleconsultation, health monitoring and up to two doctor consultations a month are built into every care plan, with seamless access to Minmed clinics when more is needed.
