Minmed Homes provides shared stay-in senior caregiving services in Singapore and operates as part of the Minmed Group. This policy explains how we collect, use, disclose and protect personal data in accordance with the Singapore Personal Data Protection Act 2012 (PDPA).

2. Information We Collect

Depending on how you interact with us, we may collect:

  • Contact details you submit through our enquiry and tour request forms, such as your name, email address and phone number.
  • Details of the residence you are interested in and any information you choose to share about your loved one's care needs.
  • Health and care information provided during assessment, admission or the ongoing delivery of caregiving services.
  • Basic technical information such as browser type, device type and pages visited, collected automatically when you use our website.

3. How We Use Your Information

  • To respond to your enquiries and arrange private tours of our residences.
  • To carry out care assessments and prepare a personalised care and lifestyle plan.
  • To deliver, coordinate and improve caregiving, lifestyle and healthcare support services.
  • To communicate updates about your loved one's wellbeing, billing and service arrangements.
  • To meet legal, regulatory and licensing obligations, including those of the Agency for Integrated Care and the Ministry of Health.

4. Sensitive Health Information

Health information is treated with a higher level of confidentiality. It is accessed only by our caregiving team, our clinicians and Minmed Group healthcare professionals who are directly involved in providing care, and only to the extent needed to care for the resident safely.

5. Disclosure to Third Parties

We do not sell or rent personal data. We may share information with Minmed Group entities and clinicians involved in a resident's care, with hospitals or emergency services when medically necessary, with the resident's nominated next-of-kin, and with service providers who host or support our systems under confidentiality obligations. We may also disclose data where required by law.

6. Retention and Security

Personal data is retained only as long as necessary for the purposes described above or as required by law, after which it is securely deleted or anonymised. We apply administrative, physical and technical safeguards, including access controls and encrypted storage, to protect against unauthorised access, loss or misuse.

7. Your Rights

You may request access to the personal data we hold about you, ask us to correct inaccurate information, or withdraw consent for marketing communications at any time. Withdrawing consent for data essential to care delivery may affect our ability to continue providing services.

8. Cookies

Our website uses minimal cookies to keep the site functioning and to understand how visitors use our pages. You may disable cookies in your browser settings, though some features may not work as intended.
