1. About These Terms

These terms govern your use of the Minmed Homes website and describe the general basis on which our shared stay-in senior caregiving services are offered in Singapore. By using this website, you accept these terms. Where a resident is admitted into one of our homes, a separate signed service agreement will govern the care relationship and will prevail over these terms.

2. Nature of Our Services

Minmed Homes provides caregiving, lifestyle and hospitality services within shared residences. Healthcare and clinical services referenced on this website are provided by Minmed Group and its licensed healthcare professionals. Minmed Homes is not a hospital, nursing home or emergency medical facility.

3. Information on This Website

Content on this website, including descriptions of residences, room layouts, amenities, programmes, imagery and indicative rates, is provided for general information and may change without notice. Renders and photographs are illustrative. Nothing on this website constitutes medical advice or a binding offer of accommodation or care.

4. Enquiries and Tour Requests

Submitting an enquiry or tour request does not create a booking or reserve a room. Placements are subject to availability, a care needs assessment, and the signing of a service agreement. We aim to respond to enquiries within one business day.

5. Fees, Minimum Stay and Subsidies

• Rates shown are indicative starting monthly rates and vary by residence, room type and assessed care needs.
• The minimum stay is three months for Lifestyle Homes and six months for Community Homes.
• Dementia care and certain clinical services are charged as supplements to the base monthly fee.
• Government subsidies are not available for assisted living services.
• Final fees, deposits, payment terms and notice periods are set out in the service agreement.

6. Resident and Family Responsibilities

Families are asked to provide accurate and complete information about a resident's medical history, medication and care needs, as safe care depends on it. Residents and visitors are expected to respect house guidelines, shared spaces and the wellbeing of other residents. Residents may not bring in their own furniture or armchairs.

7. Intellectual Property

All text, imagery, branding and design on this website belong to Minmed Homes or Minmed Group and may not be copied, reproduced or used commercially without our prior written consent.

8. Third-Party Links

This website may link to third-party sites, including Minmed Group and mapping services. We are not responsible for the content, availability or privacy practices of those sites.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by law, Minmed Homes is not liable for any loss arising from reliance on information published on this website, or from interruptions to website availability. This clause does not limit any liability that cannot be excluded under Singapore law.

10. Governing Law and Changes

These terms are governed by the laws of Singapore and subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Singapore courts. We may update these terms from time to time, and the current version will always be published on this page.
